MoneyGaming Casino Review
Founded over fifteen years ago in 2001, MoneyGaming are renowned for their wide range of casino and table games, alongside twelve exclusive slot games from Aristocrat. With headquarters in London, they’re not as established as the likes of Genting and Betfair Casino, but that hasn’t stopped them from developing a devoted following of gamers.
As with most online casinos, MoneyGaming offers an instant play casino, which contains games from the likes of IGT, Barcrest and the previously mentioned Aristocrat. They also offer a dedicated mobile gaming service. Basically, if you’re looking for an online casino with all the essential features then MoneyGaming are the guys for you. Otherwise, if you’re looking for a more ‘feature-packed’ platform, we advise you take a look here.
WagerWorks are responsible for developing MoneyGaming’s casino software. They’ve been around since 1979, starting off developing offline casino software. These guys have been in the industry for decades, and their gaming software shines through as a result. What’s strange though, is that WagerWorks don’t offer Pai Gow poker and Casino War – although they make up for this with a number of unique games.
Since they only choose to work with established brands, WagerWork’s software is of the highest quality. Customer satisfaction for their gaming software is of the highest level, which is great news for MoneyGaming.
In terms of casino platforms, they have two:
- Their Web Application (which doubles up as their mobile application)
- Their Downloadable Software
Unfortunately, MoneyGaming doesn’t have a dedicated mobile application. Their web app is pretty good though and rivals that of most major casino brands.
Video Poker & Slots
MoneyGaming offers 6 versions of the classic video poker game, including Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild and Bonus Poker. Whilst you’re not overwhelmed with choice, often you’ll find that casinos will host games for the sake of it. MoneyGaming’s collection won’t blow you away, but at least selecting a specific casino game will be easy.
In terms of slot games, they do have a few fan favourites; Family Guy, Sherlock Homes and Robin Hood. In terms of the Aristocrat exclusives, these include 50 Lions, 50 Dragons, 5 Dragons and Miss Kitty. They look good for slot machines and are definitely worth checking out if you’ve got time. Overall, there’s 100 slots to play, all of which are powered by Barcrest, IGT and Aristocrat.
Unfortunately, Money Gaming doesn’t offer a live casino as of yet. If you’re looking for a great live casino experience, then we suggest you check out Genting Casino.
MoneyGaming offers two versions of Roulette – Roulette Royal and Roulette 3-wheel – alongside two versions of Blackjack. They also have several other categories of games:
- Fixed Odd Games (Hi-Lo Solitaire)
- Video Poker
- Bingo and Keno
- Skill (Backgammon, Gin Rummy, Poker Dice, Dominoes, Poker, Three Card Brag)
The only game in the Fixed Odds section is Hi-Lo, which is an easy enough game to play and win at. Same goes for the bingo section, where Fortune 52 sits lonely on its own.
The Skill games section encompasses a variety of popular casual games such as Backgammon, Gin Rummy, Poker Dice and Domino Duel. They also offer No-Limit Three Card Brag so if that's your game then this no-limit version could be right up your street.
Skill games are ideal for those who enjoy a more casual approach to online gaming. Overall, the casino MoneyGaming isn’t anything to shout about, but it’s good enough for the casual casino gamer and worth checking out if you’re new to gaming.
MoneyGaming comes with all the general deposit and withdrawal methods:
- E-Wallets (Skrill & Neteller): 24-48 hours
- Credit/Debit Cards: 2-5 days
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 days
- Cheques: 7-21 days
Unusually, Money accept withdrawal via cheque, so if you prefer the safest form of banking, MoneyGaming are ideal for you. Deposits can all be made by the above as well, apart from cheque. Refer to the above table for the full list.
MoneyGaming have a generally positive reputation for customer service. As is the case with the majority of online gaming websites, they have a dedicated customer services team, a dedicated live chat service and an email system for non-urgent enquiries.
Opening times are a little restricted:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 9pm
- Weekends: 9:30am – 1pm, 2pm to 6pm
It’s not often that you find a customer services team taking a one hour break at weekends. For MoneyGaming to improve, we’d like to see a 24/7 service.
MoneyGaming has a VIP service for all of its dedicated players. It comes with a number of benefits including an enhanced 1st deposit bonus up to £1000, your own VIP manager, bespoke bonus packages and faster withdrawals – which is probably the main benefit.
Basically, if you’re a high roller looking for some extra perks, it’s well worth checking out.
